Project Mellifera

Project Mellifera was the second action of the "ena emeis" for the year 2022, which was dedicated to the environment.

Together with our team of 95 volunteers, we got our hands dirty at the Bee and Embroidery Museum in Kato Drys where:

• we built the Bee Garden that will adorn the Museum.

• we built a bee hotel.

• we created seats made of old hives.

• we made souvenir handicrafts that will enhance the Museum's shop🐝

Our Bee Garden was recognized as a design model for future bee gardens by the Larnaca Tourism Board. All these, because bees are essential to our world, our hive. 🌍
